im here to post again. thankyou mendi ang for lending me her laptop.
to make things easier. here are th feedback:

most of them wanted more PT and games. sheryl wanted a cheering competition. some commented that sec1s improved quite a lot and im v glad to hear tat too. it was shown during PT when i asked them if they were alrite. nciole commented tat some sec2s actually not too sure abt some footdrill like betulkan barisan. so the rest do take note. tho we told them if they haf anything unsure, can come find us.

chonghui commented tat the lesson conduced by alvin sir is v fun. and oh by the way. the sec1s passed their healthlaw alrd. which is like ytd. LOL. for the first aid lessons right. do refer to the schedule planned by alvin sir.

basically ytd trng was ok. i mean not much wif th cork-ups. i tink perhaps shld just be like tat. like few hours on footdrills. den PT then games or cheers or sth else. btw tues we haf UIP lessons- which is the last one alrd ! (:

just to let u noe tat actually our PT didnt slacken, its the same as last time. its just everybody stamina improved. LOL. its ok. i will add in more rounds. evil grin**

yepp. i tink tats all. btw we still owed madms punishments. ROAR !!!
