Dear HPC,

Yi Lin and I met up to buy the materials alrdy. And, we also discussed about the programme list.

- We are probably going to change our bunks to 3rd or 4th level since Madms want it at a higher level, but Conquer O may take place on Friday (5th June), so Ms Chan will confirm with us again.

- We decided to just limit them to use one side of the toilet as the common toilet (means only the end nearest to the bunks), because we don't have enough groups to do area cleaning.

- For the Farewell Party, we will just blindfold Madms, and abandon the original idea of making them put their hands into boxes.

Kewei: for logs, I think we can just approach HQ to get the Guard Belts etc. That was what Madm Chongxi did last year. It would be a hassle to wait for the requisition form to be approved. Are you borrowing kettle from Red Cross Room?

Also, for the logs, please remove 1 of the chairs for wet weather as Madm Wei Lin is not coming for our POP. Please liase with AVA by this week. Probably approach Joey to be AVA in-charge of our POP, since she was once from RCY, she would be clear.

I think we can also borrow buntings, and banners to hang up at the Foyer for decorations, please see into it.

On Saturday, please come to my house by 11am. We have many things to do.

- Finish cards for Madms
- Make Alvin Sir's Cards
- Photoalbum (materials alrdy bought)
- Do a bit of the video (the video shoots at bus bay etc will be taken that day of PTC)
- Check and Compile Proposal, printing allocation will be given
- Go home print your parts, and photocopy it, Monday compile into file.
- Discuss about Accreds, who to go for which in August (I know it's too soon to discuss, but time will pass very fast!!)

We also discussed a bit on CAC and FAC.
I know we should discuss with you all together, but here are just some of our ideas:

FAC
Me, Pearlyn and Yi Lin will not be joining as we will be busy with CUG Council stuffs. So, we need 2 Sec 3s and 2 Sec 2s.

For the Sec 2s, we have decided to let Xin Hui go as she is from UIP Evac, and Jia Ni. (Chun Hui will be reserve). For Sec 3s, only left with Winny, Shi Hui, Kewei and Vivian. Hm.. for that I think we still can discuss further this Saturday. But Winny you said you wanted to join? If you are still keen, you can bring this up.

For the trainings, all the Sec 2s will have to do as well, so as to improve their FA skills.

CAC
We will have to enter 2 Sec 3s and 2 Sec 2s as well, to let them gain experience. So we have decided to let Umar and Nicole go. It is to get Umar more involved, and he is also more hardworking. For Sec 3s, I know that all of us want to go because of RCK Gold, but Kewei alrdy has it, so she is not in the option. We will also discuss on who would like to go on Saturday.

OH, I did 2 Invitations and the Certificates alrdy!!! They're nice! okay, shall show you all tomorrow.

I will be showing the invitation samples to Madm Chongxi tomorrow, so that it can be approved, and we can send out the Invitations on Friday.

The Sec 1s', Dong Shu and Cassandra's uniforms will be given out on Friday's debrief.
