BINTAN CAMP HIGHLIGHTS

DAY1:
First time passing through Customs!!!
Took ferry to Bintan. Almost got seasick along the way. It was like 1h+++ @.@
Climbed & descended a Mountain. The descending part was fun! Cause it was like all slippery. Haha. Somemore some parts were like 85 degrees, very dangerous. You slip down good luck already. Slept at an air conditioned room for all 3 nights.

Day2:
We were supposed to do CIP (Paint walls for some schools), mangrove planting and one more activity which i forgot. In the end, all 3 were postponed and we spent 6 hours on the Bus instead -.- Postponed due to bad weather. You know in Bintan, its like all trees, trees, trees and more trees. The environment is really a far cry from SG. So glad to be a Singaporean, really.

Day3:
Did sandcastle building in the morning, followed by a jungle trekking session. We were supposed to do dragonboating next, but it was cancelled as there were Tsunami warnings issued to Indonesia due to the Japan Earthquake. The campfire also very fail. Worst campfire that i attended, lol.

Day 4:
Ferry back to Singapore!

As you can see how cui the camp is -.-
+ the fact that there was a major food poisoning case within the girls. Luckily i didn't get it. Imagine you have to laosai throughout the camp. I guess the only good point about the camp is that you sort of bonded with your friends/classmates more? (I hope so.)
