Hey all! I just returned from Taekwondo training an hour ago. This whole week has been pretty exhausting. Physical Education in JC is really different from Secondary school. PE Lessons used to be 2 rounds around the school or chit chat sessions with friends. Now it's like, just running.

We're preparing for the College Road Race next week, and I'm taking part in the Competitive race (3.3 km I think). These runs are also to build up our stamina for NAFA. But yknow, it's really insane. I've never ran so much in a week before. On Monday's PE lesson, we ran 2 rounds around the stadium and 2 rounds around college, that's around 2.6 km. For today's PE lesson, we ran 1 round around the stadium and 3 rounds around college. That's 3.1 km I think. (Just imagine having to do these rounds every week). The runs make us all real tired during lessons.

For TKD today, I ran again, but this time around the stairs in the school compound. I guess I've ran 7 km in total this week? Sounds like nuts really. On the bright side, I think it helps to burn off calories, but at the same time I really wish I don't get bulky leg muscles out of all these.

Anyway, I've got my TKD uniform. It's called the 'gi'. So I'm a white belt now. Next month's grading, and if I pass, it'll be white belt with yellow tip. We practised patterns today and I hope to train up on my flexibility! Our coach is also addressed as 'Sir'. Hahaha.

I'm tired from all those physical activities, but I'll still have to hang on to complete my homework and stuffs. By the way, FAC's Preliminary Round is held on this Saturday! I'll have to go to Evergreen Secondary School tmr for the preparations. And yeah, after Preliminary Round, in the afternoon, it'll be my Passing Out Ceremony! (Not the official one with the VI uniform though. It's just a simple ceremony first).

Okay I think there are a lot of grammatical errors and what not, but I have no time to check! See you all soon!

Xoxo,
