2:19 AM - Delayed post!
Sorry for not blogging on Thursday! As I mentioned, Thursday is the most hectic day of the week for me, so it's gonna be quite hard for me to complete a full post on the day itself.
The week ended quite soon. It's hard to believe that we're going into Week 3. Like, you see; a quarter of the year is over already. And time will continue to tick by as quickly as it is right now. It's oxymoron. Each day seem so long but before you know it, you've been through the same kind of life for a week - and then it'll be weeks - followed by months - followed by 2 years. Poof. That's it. Alright, so on Thursday, my lessons end at 5.05 pm. Met the other Taekwondo team mates at 5.15 pm and headed to Temasek Polytechnic for training (Oh btw I designed the new TKD shirt! Not very nice though but the rest seem okay with it). We trained till about 8.30 pm. TP is quite inaccessible to my house. Had to switch buses, and the waiting time for my buses at night is always long. I reached home at 10 pm. After bathing, I just can't seem to think of anything else other than to check my emails and fall asleep unknowingly till the next morning. (This explains why I didn't blog!) On Friday, I went back to AMKSS. Finally saw Shiauwie after so long! (She's really tanned now after going to Maldives). We went for dinner at AMK Hub's foodcourt before Jun Hao, Kareen and Joel joined us. We then walked back to AMKSS again and chatted in the Student Council Room. (Jun Hao and Kareen stayed on for the SC EXCO Camp). I couldn't stay because I just recovered/am still sick. Met up the next morning (which is Saturday) at 10 am for AJC's Family Day. It was a really great get together. Furthermore, I can find Jia Yi and Jia Li (my primary school bestfriends are there too); so it's like killing two birds with one stone? Hahahaha. Oh, I saw Vivian's cousin LOL. I was walking pass some corridor; and I thought I saw someone familiar. The person kept looking at me. So I went 'Oh? Are you Vivian's cousin?' And she nodded and we said hi. Hahaha so shocked that she remembers me. Went to Pepperlunch with my 4/5 classmates (like around 12 of us I think); some left/couldn't go. Anw, more than 1/4 of my classmates are in AJC. Lol! Nonetheless, we had great chats; and I really missed the times we spent together as a class. Hais. Really miss 4/5 2010!!! (Not trying to be 'classist' hahaha) We totally walked, chatted and can't-bear-to-part till 8 plus going 9 pm please! I feel like I'll be thrown into a period of depression. Like after meeting you guys 2 Fridays back, I can't help but feel like I'm about to sink into somewhere unknown with a spirit of nothingness. But I reckon that I'll still meet up with majority of them at the CUG Ceremony and Alumni Dinner on 15 April. That's the only thing that makes me feel a slight tinge of positive. I'm having Taekwondo grading tomorrow! Wish me luck! My ankle hasn't really recovered yet, but I'm lucky that the pattern I'll be doing doesn't involve much kicks. Hahaha, it felt so long since I last ran! I felt like I could fly during PE lesson. I ran a total of 3.2 km with my still-injured ankle on Thursday. Yes I know... I will take care of myself so no worries! (I know all of you are frowning now ahahahaha -imagines-) The grading will take up half of my day. This will mean... No time for homework. (And thus explains why I'm up at this hour trying to rush out everything by tomorrow morning). Well, sacrifices will always have to be made! I shall burn out some sleep for more of such gatherings in the future!!! It's difficult to plan common meeting dates due to different schedules and stuff; so let's savour every moment we spend together next time while it lasts! Long live HPC! Labels: Mendi |
